Nya spännande människor som jag får lära känna - New exciting people that I will get to know

Det är mycket att tänka på när man ska bli RPIC…

Jag ska nu utse assistenter i de länder som jag ansvarar för. Christina har kontakter som har kontakter så jag epostar till för mig okända rotarianer i alla länder. Och vet ni vad… ALLA är trevliga och tillmötesgående, hjälpsamma och ställer gärna upp. Helt i Rotarys anda. Vad roligt det är att vidga sitt kontaktnät och få lära känna nya människor.

Jag och Christina planerade också för det seminarium som ska äga rum på Arlanda i maj. En av dagarna ska mina nya assistenter och jag prata ihop oss om de kommande åren. En annan dag ska jag och Christina leda diskussioner med om PR med PR-folk, presidenter och andra från hela landet.

Jag ser verkligen fram emot att få vara med i processen att inspirera och motivera alla att berätta, berätta, berätta (!) om den här fantastiska organisationen som vi faktiskt är. Ju mer man lär sig och ju fler rotarianer jag lär känna, desto mer övertygad blir jag om att jag har valt rätt organisation att engagera mig i.

There is much to remember, to know and to do in order to be an RPIC ...

I will now appoint assistants in the countries which I am responsible for. Christina has contacts that have contacts so I send emails to Rotarians in all the countries in order to find the right persons. And you know what ... everyone is nice and accommodating, and are happy to help. Quite in the spirit of Rotary. What fun it is to widen my network of contacts and getting to know new people.

Yesterday Christina and I also planned for the seminar to be held at in Stockholm in May. One of the days will my assistants and I plan for the coming years. Another day we'll talk PR with PR people, presidents, and other participants from around the country.

I'm really looking forward to be part of the process to inspire and motivate everyone to talk, talk, talk (!) about this amazing organization that we actually are. The more you learn and the more Rotarians I get to know, the more convinced I become that I have chosen the right organization to get involved in.
